"The Pediatrics Health Challenge"

It has been a long time since I blogged but I am going to try and be better at it.

You (all three of you) know that I don't believe in making resolutions (it just sets me up for failure) and I don't buy into the whole diet/weight loss hype. That said, I have join "The Pediatrics Health Challenge" at my work because I think I need to be more healthy. The Pediatrics Health Challenge will start on Monday, February 7^th and will continue for 16 weeks through Sunday, May 29^th. I signed up with my friend, Caryn and my boss Lorie is also doing the PHC. Hopefully we can keep each other on track. I think that blogging about it will also help me be more accountable and give me support.

I have not set any goals yet but I will keep the blog-o-sphere updated.
