I've found a new love

I spent the Fourth of July in Park City with my in-laws and while I was there I found my true love. Now I love my husband but last straw was when Dave turned the air conditioner in our room down to 50 degrees my first night there; I didn't think to pack a coat so I froze the entire night. My new love would never let me freeze like that. Now I want to replace my husband with Mr. Steam. Mr. Steam is wonderful. He lives in the shower at the Westgate Resort in the Canyons and I totally love him. He will give you a steamy hot shower and doesn't fog up the entire bathroom.
Of course when I told Wednesday about my new love she was less than impressed. She likes Dave more...I guess I'll keep him but I must find out how I can add Mr. Steam to my bathroom shower.
We also went to the parade. I forgot sunscreen and I got burned on my head and shoulders. See how it looks like I'm still wearing the tank top I had on.
Here is an action shot of all the parade family fun. The parade was okay but that morning was miserable.

I'm sure that Wednesday would have had a ball at the parade but she was not welcome at the resort.

Abandoned

Dave and Jordan left today for a fun filled week in Park City with Dave's parents. Since me and Breanna have school and I have a job that doesn't give vacation time to part time employees, I am left at home to take care of the dogs. I have Daisy for the week and Wednesday was very happy to have her friend over to play.

That is until Daisy sat on my lap while I was watching TV. Wednesday is not very good at sharing. I tried to get her to lay with me too but it's all or nothing with Wednesday.
Now you all know how I feel about these "vacations" to Park City. I just don't understand driving 45 minutes from my bed, that I love, to sleep in some other bed in a room that is either too hot or too cold and sacrifice any and all privacy I would have other wise had.
Breanna & I are expected to join the family on Friday. I have A LOT of big projects to get started this week (~6 weeks left of school) and I am hoping to use the time, sans boy and husband, to make some progress. We'll see how that goes.
